Membership

The member firms share an aspiration to provide the best service to
clients throughout a variety of jurisdictions. Through recommending
expert lawyers with strong international connections we are able to
provide an array of services that one firm alone may not have the
capacity to do.

Membership Benefits

Members have access to network with over 100 global accountancy and legal firm members.

MI InterAct members can view and personally contribute in the extranet and can seek legal
advice and assistance from other Members, which should be provided in accordance with the
Network agreed Code of Conduct. Members' referred clients are entitled to expect and to receive
at least the service levels offered by the referring Firm. They should be provided on reasonable
request with reasonable telephone advice and guidance on relevant legal matters within the
Network jurisdictions.

Members meet twice a year at full membership meetings of the Network, which comprise
business and social associations in some of Europe's most beautiful major Cities.

Membership Criteria

Members should ideally be transactional with an international focus, and a full service offering.

They should be situated in at least one major city of the jurisdiction in which they practise.

Members must have an active interest in functioning as part of a global network and be prepared
to adhere to the highest standards of practice and client satisfaction. Referred clients of other
Member Firms must be treated in the same manner as their own.

It is not a requirement that membership of MI InterAct is an exclusive Network membership at the
time of joining, but priority will be given to those Firms who are prepared to treat MI InterAct as
the primary network for its external referrals.

Members should be able to demonstrate a history of referrals of significant matters to Firms
in jurisdictions represented by Member Firms.

Members are expected to attend the MI InterAct meetings of members, taking place twice a year
and a Morison International meeting.

Membership Fees

New Members are required to pay a one-off joining fee of £1,000 and all members pay an annual
subscription fee.

The Fees are set at the full Members' meetings held twice a year. The Network's financial year runs
from 1 May to 30 April in each year. The joining fee for 2013/14 has been set at £1,000 and the full
year's subscription at £4,000.
